How do I track my package?

You will receive an email the day that your package ships with the tracking number and a link to USPS. All packages are shipped via priority mail and you can expect to receive your order within 2-4 days from shipment date.

Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal through our secure payment portal. We utilize the latest technologies available to prevent fraud and ensure the safest checkout experience.

How long will delivery take?

All boxes arrive within 2-4 days of the shipment date via USPS. We typically have a 3 day lead time from receiving the order to shipping the box. If you have requested a particular delivery date, we will try our best to have it arrive on that date, but we can not guarantee it .

How does a gift box arrive?

All boxes are shipped within a blank mailer box with the signature box safely packed inside. Don’t want this one to fall into greedy hands or cause any damage to that beautiful packaging.

What is your refund policy? Can I make any changes?...Help!

Don’t sweat it. We understand. Just e-mail orders@myheartisinbox.com (or use the form) with your first and last name and order number and we will work with you to make any changes. We are glad to refund completely any order that hasn’t shipped. We want to make sure you are 100% satisfied and will find the best way to fix it!
